Ya return can be filed lately but the time limit is only 1 year from the end of the corrsponding Assesment year.
it doesn mean how much the slab is
but in the case of loss return should be filed within time oderwise the los can not be carried forward

He can file ROI for FY 0708 till 31st March 2009
He can also file ROI for FY 06-07 but there is a penalty of Rs.5000/-
