Excise Duty Charged on Raw Material weather is eligible for set off, when the Final product is not taxable, but the by Product is liable for excise.

if final products are unconditionally exempted in CETA, then weaste of such products are also not taxable, however if such exemption is based on any notification, then waste is taxable,
