is there ne declared leave criteria by the ICAI. i have seen that the Interns are given examination leave at the discretion of the CA under whom they are practicing. HAs the institute given out ne criteria in this case. In some offices leaves are given which extend upto 4 monthsn. whereas in others , it may b only for 2 months even incase d student appears for both groups..
In my case, i m gettin 3 months examination leave which includes the examination dates.. that means 2.5 months of effective study leave , that too incase i sit for both groups..hasnt the Institute come out with a fixed pattern of examination leave,
