Exam results and itt orientation

Hello everyone! Just had a query. I just wrote my ipcc(both groups) and i have not yet done or registered for ITT and Orientation. So if i cant complete ITT by the time results are declared will my results be withheld??? Quick response is appreciated. Thank you!
