dear advisors

for example: we are sending transformer for repair purpose to other state, so we should rise Ewaybill, if the value is below Rs.50000 also

If you are sending goods to different state under Job-work delivery challan, you need to generate E-way bill irrespective of the value.

k sir, but the value is below 50000, then also we should generate Ewaybill.

yes. there is no limit for inter-state job work. it is mandatory to generate E-way bill as per CGST Rules.

You can use delivery challan to generate E-way bill.

dear advisors

if we declare the taxable value and tax rate in e way bill(if we rise delivery challan), we are liable to pay tax to department (mean should show in GSTR3B) or not require. please reply at the earliest.

Sir, mention the taxable value only. Tax rate you can mention as nil in E-way bill. You are not required to pay tax in GSTR-3B for the said activity.

actually i have generated e-way bill but fillup all detail as per invoice taxable value as well as tax amt and tally with invoice bill amt. its a Right or wrong...

Mr. Vikram, the question was with respect to job work-Delivery challan in the earlier discussion.

Your case it is tax invoice. Ttarget='_blank' rel='nofollow' hrefore, you need to enter both taxable value and tax amount. The value as per tax invocie and E-way bill should match. In case of Delivery challan there is no tax element. Hence, only taxable value has to be entered in E-way bill.

The eway bill is required only if the value of the goods is above Rs.50,000/- Yes it is true but in some cases irrespective of the value of the goods the eway generation is mandatory. Here are the cases.

If the movement of the goods for job work/repair work inter state then the eway bill is mandatory even the value of the goods is less than Rs.50,000/-. (In your case you are sending the goods inter state then you must generate eway bill).
When handicrafts goods are transported from one state to another by a person who has been exempted from the requirement of obtaining registration, the e-way bill shall be generated by the said person irrespective of the value of the consignment.
