Errors in efiling itr 2 ay 2018-19 (java utility)

The Instructions part of ITR 2 states that the country code is the ISD code of the country from which the foreign income is received. You can get to read the instructions in the following page of the I-T Dept. or from the ITR form itself.

In Schedule FA (ITR2), the dropdown menus does not work and unable to enter any data in the schedule. Trying to insert a new roe to enter data provides a response "Please fill in all the mandatory fields in the last row before adding another row.". Unable to complete Schedule FA. Can anyone help please.
