Is we have to charge Education cess and SHEC on service tax amount from 01/10/2009 as it abolished. Like while deducting TDS we use only basic rate and no Edu cess and SHEC. Is the same case with Service Tax ?

The Ed. Cess(known as primary education cess) and secondary & higher education cess has not been abolished, so far as service tax is concerned.
You must charge the both the cess.
