Duty drawback scheme and availment of cenvat credit

Is it possible to avail and utilise cenvat credit on inputs used in the manufacture of goods exported out of india besides getting duty drawback on such export and is there any specific list of countries to whom exports are eligible for duty drawback or this scheme is product specific?(if u've any source material plz provide dat.)
