Is it possible to avail and utilise cenvat credit on inputs used in the manufacture of goods exported out of india besides getting duty drawback on such export and is there any specific list of countries to whom exports are eligible for duty drawback or this scheme is product specific?(if u've any source material plz provide dat.) Thanks in advance.

You can avail Cenvat Credit on Input/Input Service and DBK however, DBK will available to the extent of Customs Portion only i.e. Drawback Schedule Table B-"Drawback when Cenvat
facility has been availed". There is no problem if your avail Cenvat for Capital Goods.
