With DT, anything can happen. May 2008 DT paper was a disaster for a lot of candidates. Be that as it may, Concentrate on Wealth tax, assessment Procedures, Appeals & revisions, settlement Commission, Assessment of comanies, AOP(very important for Nov 2008), Trusts & relevant amendments & case laws. That shouk fetch you 50 - 60 marks easily.

bisiness income ask question for 16 marks
capital gain ask for 5--to 8 marks
wealth tax ask for 10 marks
assessement procedure sec 131 to 154 ask for 10 to 12 marks
lossess ask for 2-to 3 marks
so in my opinion you will read T N Manoharan's book throughly three times
then you will understand the all topics then you will solved last ten years papers
