Dsc management utility

Dear Professionals, The Income Tax Department released DSC Management utility W.e.f 27.01.2016. But I am unable to upload Form other than ITR i.e (Form 3CB-3CD) the Message Shows " Kindly Upload Valid Digital Signature Certificate" . My Question is Which XML file (3CB-3CD or not ) and Whose DSC is upload in DSC DSC Mgt Utility for uploading Chartered Accountant Login" ARCAXXXXX" SAME PROBLEM ALSO FACE BY ME

i upload audit report a.y 2015-16 so firstly create X M L file then DSC of Auditors utility upload X M L sighnture file with observation of auditors without comma and ignore . , ? / ;
