sir ...I am a partner of firm in that I have receive a salary and remuneration in that firm.except that I have no other income.
which itr was filled in a.y 2018-19.if itr3 was filled I was get notice from I.t department .you are not filled balance sheet & profit &loss account.
please advice me which itr I was filled.

For partner of a firm, there is no choice.......... only ITR3 is applicable.......
Whether you get notice or not, but no more option....... except to reply it by taking help of the act and rules...
