for valyution three thing take into considretion one money recived in cash money recived partly in cash and partly in kind considertion not ascenatble for full money gross amount charged for partly in cash money value of kind and money etc recived and for not ascentable go to rules of valution

added point are if expendure is paid for providing service it is to be inclded in service value nad why service tax is introduced by parlament

to get exemtion in idt first of all u have to complete module and bangar for service tax and vat then after go for sum of excise valution cenvat credit ssi custom valution and then go for ammendment judgemaent by institute

what ever be the result or output don't loose confidence. It is that confidence still makes us to achieve. The person who feels that he failed is really a failure person, but won't cares of failure is a real person and that is much needed for us.
