You can find PAN No. of any Individual,Company,firm or trust. if you have their full Name and Date of Birth. on https://tin.nsdl.com or https://utisl.pan.in or www.inometaxindia.gov.in

Dowload Form 1A. In Column 14 write the Directors DIN No and prefill.. u will get the PAN if PAN is provided for the DIN.

No, its not possible to know the DIN No from PAN Card No.
If you know any company in which he is a director then you can get the DIN No from View Signatory Details of that Company.

MASTER DATA: SEARCH NAME -MCA, GO TO MASTER DATA DETAIL
DIRECTOR NAME:- FROM SIGNAITORY DETAILS IN MCA 21
PAN OF DIRECTOR:- GO TO DIN-PAN DETAIL- YOU WILL FIND DOB
PAN DETAILS:- WITH DOB & NAME IN NSDL WEBSITE
