director appointment
the additional director was appointed on 31.01.2019.DIR 12 FILED at that time, now agm held on 6.6.2019. dir 12 to be filed for regularisation of director. please clarify can dir 2 consent submitted before can be submitted during regularisation or fresh consent to be obtained from director
