Myself, Shrikant Malani, an Associate member of from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2012 and also an practising lawyer from Mumbai. I currently working with one of the prominent law firm in Mumbai in their Capital Markets and Corporate Law Advisory Department
Being a Lawyer and Company Secretary, my expertise areas includes, advising on Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Regulations, and all other allied matters. I am also having handsome experience in Legal Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal Documentation, Secretarial Audits, Compliance Advisory and Management
