For appointment fo Directors, DIN is necessary. We must apply for provisional DIN and submit signed hard copies to get the DIN. My query is that:
1. Whether Directors can be appointed against Provisional DIN.
2. If I apply for provisional DIN on 1st of the month (say), make appointment of directors on 15th of the monh and send signed hard copies on the same date (since directors are foreign and not available), and the DIN is approved on a later date (say 10th of the next month) and I file Form 32 on 13th of the next month, Then would there be any problem to file Form 32 & prescrutiny thereof (since date of appointment is less than date of DIN approval). Are there any remedial solutions in case of problems.
