You will have to dedcut TDS on the amounts paid from the begining of the year and remit the same along with interest.

YES VARSHA, IF THE AMOUNT PAID OR CREDITED IS CROSSING THE THRESHOLD LIMIT , THEN THE TDS DEDUCTION WILL BE FROM THE rS.1/-, ALWAYS. SEKAR
