Demand under section 143(1)A "Interest" was paid by echallan .Is it required to file the return again or it is automatically adjusted against the current demand. is there any acknowledgment sent by CPC/It dept for this.

It is required to file the Rectified return
and the details of the chalan paid for interest amount are also to be mentioned in it.
