Yes under Section 80E. The deduction is allowed from the year in which loan was borrrowed upto 8 years.

Yes he is eligible to take deduction U/S 80E. as amended that all education loan taken eligible after 10+2 course. therfore interest is deductable.

Yes Deduction can be claimed under Sec 80E of I.T Act 1961.

Yes. Deduction is available u/s 80E. The word ' higher education' is used in the section that means above 12th.. So for MCA he can claim deduction of interst on loan under this section

Deduction under Section 80E can be claimed provided such interest is paid in the previous year and from income chargeable to tax for higher education of assessee or his relative.

it should be a full time studies
so first look that whether u have studied in correspondence

You have a point there Arjun. So this does not apply for any higher studies undertaken while on job.
