Date of appoitment of Director

In case of additional directors whose appoitments are regularised in AGM, what will be the date of appointment to be entered in the annual report of the subsequent AGM? date on which they were originally appointed as additional directors or the date of AGM in which their appointments are regularised? Please give your opinion.
