till, Govt not issue the notification for reduce the cst rate 3% to 2%. We'll wait for it and can bill for CST 3% against c form.

same as you mentioned no change. if notification come concessional rate will reduced to 2%

Please refer Financial express news dated 07-May-2008, I quote "During meeting of State finance ministers at Tiruvananthapuram on 06-May-2008, state governments agreed to reduce CST from 3% to 2%. The state governments were expected to send in the revised compensation formula to the Union Finance Ministry soon after which it would notify the 1% reductioin in CST rate. The reduction however may not be done retrospectively from 01-Apr-2008, said one of the ministers present at the Thiruvananthapuram meeting", unquote.
