iam working in beverages company in andhra. Here vat rate for packaged drinking water is 14.5%. And if i want to sell my product out of my state to tot dealer, then how much cst can i charge?

Local VAT rate, that is, 14.5% would be applicable for CST Sales as well. If the buyer is able to issue Form-C, rate of CST would be 2%.
