The rules of Exemption in CS is different from that of CA Institute. Here in the first module you have secured an aggregate exceeding 50 percentage (i.e., 36+80+56+58=230 divided by 4 subjects = 57.50 percent, which is above 50 percent).
For granting exemption only papers in which you have secured 50 marks is considered i.e 80+56+58=194 divided by 3 subjects = 64.67 percent, which is above 60 percent. Hence, you are granted exemption in these 3 papers. Thus, you need to appear only in the Company Law paper.
However, in order to get exemption in CS, you need to apply for it, it is not default unlike in CA examination. Better, call up CS Institute on their Examination Helpline Number and seek clarification. To be on the safer side, do write an e-mail too, which can provide you more clarity.
Disclaimer: Please obtain an official version from the Institute as a confimation. Above clarification is based on my understanding and the views expressed are purely personal, any action / non-action taken from your end is at your own risk and no one is to be held liable.
Best of luck.
