0 1 2 3 are given even number greater than 100 that means 0 or 2 in units place so basically we can do manually too
will start in acsending order
in 1000's place we can have 3 digit same to 100s and 10s but in units place we can have only 2 that is 0 or 2
3! + 3! + 3! + 2!
6 + 6+ 6 +2= 20
