Please guide me, short term loan secured for Harvesting & Transport by a Public Ltd. Company, by giving Corporate Guarantte. Is this charge registerable with ROC???????
Bank is insisting for Charge registration.

Hi
Its the discretion of the bank to whether to create charge or not. so if bank insist then charge should be created.
