Question about to send the material without Excise Invoice from karantaka to AP due to system problem. We Couldn’t able rise the invoice.
I need your opinion that, Can I send the material with DC and later can i regularize it.
If yes, am I need to take a permission in excise and vat ?
Please suggest me.

Yes , You need to take prior approval from SCE if you want to remove the goods from factory without excise invoice.
