Compliances for DGFT

Hi !

I am asking this on behalf of my brother. He is exporting Website & Instrument Design services to the US.

For which he will receive remuneration in dollars from his US Client. Can anyone just tell me the various compliances he will have to comply with DGFT and Income Tax if any?
