Hi,

 

I have a Big PVT. Ltd. company Incorporated as per Companies Act, 1956 one year back.

Please inform me all the compliance for a PVT LTD company Like, different registeres to be maintained, Board Meeting (Is it compolsury- 4 times), Annual returns to be filed with ROC, & all other related Compliance..
