Hi..
If you are applying with the word "India" in middle of the name of the Company, then the minimum authorised capital should be 5 lacs even it is a Pvt. Ltd. Company. The ROC can raise objection in this regard.
and if India is used as first name then the minimun Capital requirement is 50 lacs.
There is one more situation that if by chance ROC approve this name of yours with 1 Lac capital then while filing form 1 you can raise the amount of Authorised Capital there, no problem in that by paying stamp duty on that raised capital, even if form 1A is appproved with 1Lac as Authorised capital.

Even Form-1A will warn u while filling the form, i have not tried but i think it will show error in upload.

Form 1 will allow you.......... to raised the authorised capital even if lesser amount is provided in Form 1A as authorised capital but u can not reduce the Share capital, which is provided by u in Form 1A

Agree, i was saying in regard to mismatch in authorized capital i.e. if u r writing ur Authorized Capital 1 Lacs it will not allow u to take the name using word India.

Yes, for using the word India as in the middle of name of company the minimum Capital requirement is Rs. 5 Lacs.........

First of all form 1A would not approve. However, if by change this form is approved the capital may be reaised in Form 1.
