How to get Certificate of Commencement of Business from ROC for a newly formed Private Limited Company. Please provide me the details procedure.

for private limited company, there is no need at all to get the certificate of commencement of business. It is only applicable for public ltd. companies.
U can directly start ur business after getting registered.
