no you do not have to pay in your all stock which stock purchase by unregistered where you have to pay tax on your goods rate ...

i am filing CMP-03 of my client he have to unregistered purchase at filing time no laibility raise and without payment i filled cmp-03
my client has registered purchase not unregistered purchase... no laibility raise at the time of filing cmp-03

May be department later on asking for tax after filling CMP - 03

As per my understanding, the ITC taken on purchases held on stock as on 30.06.2017, needs to be reversed.

Looking for more expert advice

i think this forum not suitable for you... you can HIRE CA ....

If some dealer moving from composition dealer to regular scheme then the dealer will be claim input on the closing stock at the day of moving to regular scheme.

I am not saying you are saying wrong, I have little confusion .....
