no problem... if the final product is non excisable then its scrap is also non excisable... as in your case final prod. is im-movable so non exciasable cosiquently the scrap is also non excisable

you are saying that "non movable fg". movability is the conclusive test of exisability... an immonavle finishd good cannot be excisable even if mentioned in CETA. relevent case studies are 1. " bhore industries limited (sc) " & 2. "munciple commitee of greater mumbai (sc)
