I am aPE-ii Student. Got my eligibility certificate for May 2007. Appeared both groups.Cleared in Group-i in that attempt. From there on i hav been writing Group-II in Nov 2007,May and Nov 2008.and everytime loose in costing paper. This is the 5 th time i am going to appear.
Let me hope for a positive result. If not what ll b my situation? Even in the new scheme will i be albe to appear. Do i hav eligibility? I am really fed up of writing again and again and slowly "I ll definitely clear this time" hope is reducing. Some one tell me clearly regarding restriction on no. of attempts etc. and pls guide me.
