25 December 2013Can anyone tell me the procedure to change email id in the master data of a company. Is there any specific form for it?

There are two ways you can find solution for it. 1) When you file annual return, you may give the new mail id in the appropriate item and once it is filed, the existing mail id shall be replaced with the new one. 2) You may take the print out of the master data sheet and at the bottom, there's a space for requesting for any corrections. You may give your new mail id to replace the old one and submit to ROC with a covering letter on the letter head of the company.

Agree with the above....However, the first step is the preferable one since if you go for the 2nd one, it will require a lot of follow up with the ROC and will be time and effort consuming and maybe money consuming as well....
