Change in place of business

Dear Firends/ Seniors

One of our client had their Place of Business (POB) at andheri and thus they were assessable at the Sales Tax Office in mazgaon and now they have shifted their POB to Bhiwandi which makes them assessable at the Sales Tax Office Thane.

Can anyone please tell me what will be the procedure for incorporating these changes and what all documents will have to be submitted.
