Can a co-op bank take cenvat credit of Audit fees paid to an auditor or GICGC premium paid.

Refer Definition of input services under CCR 2004. IN that the auditing has been specifically included in input services so CENVAT can be taken if other provsions are complied with.
Further CENVAT on insurance related to employees can not be taken as speifically excluded.
