Please explain to me the difference between operating cash flow and operating profit. Also tell me how to find operating profit, is it same as NOI?

I will try to explain with the help of example

Operating income = 10000

Rent (operating expense) = 2000

Operating profit =10000-2000=8000

If assume that we paid the rent then operating cash flow = 10000-2000=8000

If assume that we didn't paid the rent then operating cash flow = 10000
