u can claim vat on office furniture by reducing input credit by 3% (as per mvat) for detailed discussion u can check followin forum discussion /forum/details.asp?mod_id=280222&offset=0#.UwS-3GKSzMg

Dear Nikhil This is question about Delhi vat not Mvat. how can get input put claim on office equipment. as a like furniture please see carefully.
