i m a ca final student.,i really want to know that, can i do ca and cs together??
is there any special rules for ca students, who wants to do cs also ??

generally many student do ca and cs both.
only form 112 to be filled.

Ya sucheta u can deposit it after that.....
But for practicing in future as profession u can do any one that is CA or CS

PERMISSION TO STUDY OTHER COURSE
The articled / audit trainee cannot pursue any other educational or professional course during the period of articleship training except with the prior permission of the Institute.
Permission may be granted to an articled / audit trainee for pursuing one additional course of
study at a time during the period of practical training.
However, the Council has granted general permission to trainees to pursue graduation course concurrently with Chartered Accountancy Course by students who have passed the Foundation Examination, as under :-
(i) That articled/audit assistants having joined the CA Course after passing the Foundation Examination shall generally be permitted to pursue graduation course concurrently with the CA Course without obtaining specific previous permission of the Council under Regulations 65 and 78.
(ii) That an articled/audit assistant pursuing graduation course concurrently with the CA Course shall not be permitted to join any other course until he/she completes his/her graduation course.
(iii) That for pursuing any other course of study (other than graduation course) the previous permission of the Council through filing of form 112 shall have to be obtained by the articled/audit assistants in accordance with Regulations 65 and 78.
Form 112 is required to be submitted within 30 days of joining the course with the recommendation of the principal, failing which you have to go for condonation of delay in non-submission of form.

But Sir i hv not deposited such form in the institute.I hv cleared my PCC this May and hv nt yet registered for finals but i hv reistered for CS before clearing PCC and my articleship s goin to complete this month.So plz guide me sir i get nervous what i can do now?plz help me sir

No need to get nervous...n just relax.
Go for general inquiry with ICAI on phone or E-mail regarding the procedure for filing delayed form 112 where there is delay in filing form 112. The above regulation is still in force n complied by most of the CA students.

better file the 112 form before completion of ur artcles with a fine of Rs. 1000/-,
that is good in future you will not face any prob in future becoz of this. i also file the 108 at the end only.
institute may like at this at the time of campus etc.
better do it now before completion of articles

suchetha no problem deposit that form 112 now i.e befor completing ur articles with a fine of Rs. 1000/-
otherwise you may face some problem in future.
i also deposit that form at the end of my articles only.
