I have enrolled for C.S in May 2008, during my C.A article ship period. My article ship got completed in April 2010 and after that in June 2010, wrote C.S executive program. Should i submit form 112 in C.A institute now?

What are the consequences of not filing the form112?

Can my membership be cancelled??

As Per My Openion  Its Better to Submit Form No 112 along with Fine of Rs 1000 as earlier as Possible...

 Yea Sure you can Deposit Form No 112 Along with Final Registration Form

But Before that get clear with the Procecure  via  Contacting ICAI.

but sir if anyone not going to practise after becoming ca weather he have to file form 112?

I Filed my 112 for B.com earlier along with my PCC Articleship..

Now i'm in CA FINAL & also get registered for CS Executive....

DO i have to again File the 112 form for permission for this new course... (I have already taken reg. of CS)

And if so, then what 's the provision of Penalty...?

Hi All,

I want to share one thing here with u all.

I completed my B.com without filing of 112 Form. At the stage of final B.Com all of my friends got a letter like to fill 112 form from ICAI. And all my friends do that except few. And so many of them doing even MBA now,  But i didnt recieve any kind of letter from ICAi. So that reason i didnt send any form.And we complete most of the articleship period, almost we are left with few months of Articleship.  Do my friends or me need to  face any problem in future? Can anyone suggest me.? I am also planning to do some other courses in future. is it compulsory to fill that form now???

Well the worst that can hapen is your fine amount will go on increasing..

If u fail to file within the date ( here it has already gone that was 31 st Jan, 2010 )

then file 112 within 1 month fine of Rs 100

                               3 months fine Rs.  300

                                6 months fine Rs. 1000

More the delay.. more the fine..

Or else Membership No. will be stuck up.. in CA Institute only..

CS Institute doesn't have this type of problems..

I cleared the 2nd group of ipcc in the recent results. my articleship is ongoing. now i want to do CS. Tell me all documential procedures, what i have to do to comply all the regulations of ICAI and ICSI.
plz tell me fast 

do they reject the application in form 112, like i just cleared my ipcc both the groups, registered for foundation cs(exam in dec), and pursuing sybcom presently,,...if they reject my application for doing cs together, there ll b no chance i would b able to do it, together with ca,,,,so question is- is it better to keep quiet about cs, o is it better to take the risk of being rejected, lik no permission granted???
