An invoice which is not paid has been declared as bad debt, GST is paid on this invoice. Can I claim for GST refund on this ?

Our company made a sale of service on 20th MAy 2019, we even paid the GST liability in GSTR 3B return. But we have not received the amount, So we made this particular sale as bad debt. My question is what will happen to the paid GST if we havent got our money? can I get the paid GST amount back? if yes, then what is the procedure?
