No . You cannot claim a set off of CST paid on the inputs. If however you have paid VAT on the inputs , you can claim a set off.

Input Credit not available for Interstate purchases. Cst paid will be cosidered as cost

Dear Friend, No Set off is available on CST purchased item from other state. It is specificaaly denied in the Act.

we are purchasing goods from inter state and sales also we can claim cst purchase from cst sales value

If a dealer buys goods by paying 14.5 % CST (Interstate purchase Without C Form) and sells it to another state for 14.5% again, is he allowed to claim the input paid on CST purchase?
