Can a CA having CS qualification can practice as Chartered Accountant and as Company Secretary in India.

First if you want to practice than you must have certificate of practice whether you want to practice as CA or CS. If you dont want to practice and just want to do a job then it is irrelavant. However, you cant practice as a CA or CS both at the same time. Hence, get COP of which profession you want to practice.
