I just want to know whether a QUALIFIED CA can act in MOVIES . . .
Is it permitted by ICAI if a Chartered Accountant wishes to be a film artist.
and if so
is it the same case with a Practising CA . . .

But He should not disclose, his firms name in the Film, It tantamounts to Professional Misconduct as per Clause 7, Part-1 , First schedule.

yes,buddy!! why not?? Mr. Shekhar kapoor (well known director of international film) is an indian CA.!!!
even i m also having the hoby of acting and also acted in dramas in my college and still i m maintaining that hobby..!!!

Yes freind.
A Qualified Chartered Accountant can act in movies.
Subject to norms applicable to COP, Since doing act in moive is another professional activity.
Sajid Nadinwala is also a Chartered Accountant
