our company is a private limited, and we have received a cab service on hiring, were as per the reverse mechanism concept do we have to pay on basis of 60% , were as the service provider deducted 40% of service tax in the bill, whether i have to pay 60 % , or 100 % for the service received. please confirm and quote if there is any notifications.
