Hello Friends,

I am a CA Final student and I have final attempt in November,2013. I am also doing B.com final year (Non collegiate) with prior approval from ICAI. While submitting articleship form I have filled form no. 112, now I want to fill CS Executive examination form for December 2012, for which last date is 31 March, 2012. If I will take permission from ICAI at the time of registration in form 112, it will be rejected as upto March, 2012 I am a under graduate. Is it possible for me to give December attempt with permission from ICAI by giving hand wriiten application along with form 112??? As I know about the rules one course is allowed with CA. Please reply as soon as possible.

Yes you can attend for Dec 2012 attempt. But make sure your graduation exams are complete by that time and you have submit necessary proof in this regard to ICAI, which will then allow you to undergo CS Course, for which you may send Form 112 again.

Thanks Krishna. But actual problem is that I can't give proof to ICAI within one month of joining CS Course. Because my final year result will come in may and 31st march is last date for registration, Now what should I do??

In my opinion and as per the guidelines, institute may not allow for CS course uptil the month of May result. However, there is a slight chance of acceptance also. You can write to e-sahaayata (link given below) of ICAI mentioning aforesaid problem stating clearly that you have already done your final year exams and only results are awaited, and express to them that you are confident of passing the exam and then humbly request them to allow you to register for CS Course. Try this chance once. Hope it works. All the best.

Okay...I'll try this. Thanks a lot again.

the institute will not accept this , few days back i also send proposal for the permission of the ICWA course , but rejeted by the institute on the same ground.
