Dear Asankhya,
please go for both the groups...Nov is far and you have sufficient time to prepare for both the groups. Going for both the groups helps you many ways:
1. you get inter-group set off as giving both the groups together requires overall 50% instead of group wise
2. students with both the groups cleared are preferred for articleship over the students with only Group 1 cleared.

Dear Nikhil,
Thank you for your advise. One more thing i want to ask that, presently i'm doing coaching for subjects of group1 only. Should i go for coaching of group2 subjects simultaneously or wait for may batch as i'm now planning to go for both groups in nov14? But if i do coaching for both the groups simultaneously, the schedule is such that there is very minimal time for self-study(12hrs coaching on an avg everyday).
Please give your suggestion on this.

Dear Mohan,
Agree with suggestions given by Nikhil Sir, There is chances of benefit of set off for appear in both groups. And now-a-days both groups passed candidate get priority to taking good CA firms for Article ship. And many times appear in both group gives to motivation and pressure to focus on the subjects. As far as concern with your coaching, It’s up to you when should coaching taken for the 2nd group. You can take simultaneously all the subject. Don’t worry much about self study schedule during the coaching time. Just plan at your self and give last 2 to 2.5 months for self study i.e. No coaching ! It’s good sizeable time for preparing both groups.
All the very best !

how much coaching do you actually need? theory subject ie audit, IT&SM etc, may law also, dont need much of coaching. November is too far. continue the coaching you are pursuing right now. Start reading the group 2 on your own and see where exactly you need coaching. I personally believe you can easily cover both the groups easily.
