A similar Q is there in PM. But, terminology used by paper setter is high level which in turn confused us.

Most of the Q are from PM.High level terminology was used by the paper setter which in turn confused a lot.
Usually when we start doing PM we do first 50% questions with full concerntration next 25% with 50% and last with nil (upar upar se) Most of the questions are from last 25% which are tricky elements.

total floating rs.45 cr and mps is rs 150 so no.of share is 30 lakhs

so make it 75% so 100% is 40 lakhs

hence 10 lakhs share needs to be issue to make promoter holding 75%

i got value of firm as 6 lac. is it correct?

i did consider. BV at end was 116640. selling price was 1000000. therefore gain of 883360. 35% tax threon- = 309176 * 0.63(discounting)= 194781 outflow.

after this i got minimum lease rental as 10 lac 15 thousand. is it correct? smeone please repy.

under mm appraoch value of firm with or without dividend payment was 600000. is it correct?

also in forex sum was swap loss Rs 29000?
