My CA Final attempt is may 2012 and my coaching will start from 3rd week of november and I will be completing my coaching by march 3rd week. Till now I touced only 2 subjects but I haven't completed those subjects.In this scenario is it advisable for me to write both groups at a time?Is it a wise decision to if I write only one group for may?

Yes, you can give both the groups because you r having lots of time. Alteast you can complete those 2 subjects which you have already started to study, before ur coaching classes begins.

Prepare group wise and make sure you appear GrI or GrII whichever is convenient.
Better not try both group at a time.

me also having same position but i had completed 4 subjects its not the time to analyze just make a hard work with smartness its the only way to get through believe in urself make a challenge to the ppl who ll comment on u for passing then u ll be the height of mountain so we are having only 220 days (approx) be cautious

I had cleared PCC in november 2009, I did only Tution for FR, SFM and AMA( not OR part).
I sat for exams in November 2010 - group 2 and SFM paper
Got Exemption in SFM and Cleared Final in may 2011
If you are not sure whether to sit for one or both groups, I suggeest you apply for both groups and attempt 1 group and one paper of other group (with a target to get exemption in that paper) with full preparation.
One exemption sincerely helps for the next attempt.
