Look Rahul, even I went through the same situation...My CA FINAL Attempt has got delayed just due to 5 days of delay in Re-registration....
No, re-registration is nt considered as "leave"...it just adds up to ur articleship period, its considered as a gap and nt leave period....

no that period will not be trated as leave...that period will be non as termination period and will not be count for articleship ...u r attempt will be enhanced by these days..i.e 2 month in ur case no effect on u r leave

neither it will be counted in ur leaves nor their is any provision defining such a situation
simple sa rule hain
for PCC - u should have completed 18 months before the first day of exam
and for final - u should have completed ur whole articleship( for pcc students)
now wat ever u do like termination or reregistraion u should complete the above mentioned period

As per simple calculation, ur articleship has been delayed by 82 days ( 2nd Feb to 24th April )
earlier, ur articleship was scheduled to get over 3.5 years from 21st Sep 2007 i.e. on 20th March 2011
But nw, ur attempt has got shifted by 82 days... hence now it shall end on 11th June ( +/- 15 days when calculating number of days wise)
Hence, in all circumstances, ur attempt shall be Nov 2011 and nt May 2011.
For exact calculation of articleship period, its best to go to Vishwas Nagar and enquire.
